PURE VELVET

If ever a wine was true to its name, it's Pure Velvet. This Bordeaux is a perfect balance of classic Bordeaux style in a slightly off- dry style. Does that mean sweet? Well, it is a little sweet, but in a good way, it will actually enhance your dining experience as it will act to intensify the flavors of your meal. It's actually pretty cool how that works. It's also a bit lower in alcohol (since not all the sugars are converted) so it's a win-win. It might be the easiest drinking Bordeaux you've ever had. M.E.
