Muskat Ottonel, Gruner Veltliner, Sauvignon Blanc, Traminer, and Samlig are vinified separately, all with 14 days of skin contact, and then blended shortly before bottling, resulting in an orange wine that balances acidity with delicate tannins. Named after a Lou Reed song, Perfect Day evokes the simple pleasures of life through its aromas ofpeaches, grapefruit, orange blossom and herbs.
